Are your translation provide by human being?

Absolutely, when you receive a translation from us it is crafted by translators who are experts in their particular field.  “Machine” translation results in poor quality and is not an adequate form of translation if you want industry-acceptable translations, which is why we only use human beings to be our translators.

What can the client expect to receive?

Client will safely receive their requested transition via email and also a receipt of purchase. Upon request, a hardcopy of the translation is available at an small, additional cost.

What is the best way to place my order?

Any document(s) that you would like to have translated can be sent to translation@bbmandarin.com. Since Spambots are blocked from our mailing address, you will need Javascript in order to view it. After your order is placed we will send you our order form. Filling out specific details will be required. Once your payment is effectively processed, we will begin the translation process making sure we adhere to all deadlines and requests.

What is the best method to pay?

The majority of our clients pay by credit card because it is the quickest method. Note: Regarding, money orders and checks, 5 business days may be needed to fully process them and we only start the translation process until the process is complete.

When my translation is finished which format will it be in?

Unless otherwise stated, the finished translation will have the same format as the original. If you initially submit a MS Word format then your finished translation will be returned to you in MS Word format. If you originally send us a PDF file format we will usually return your finished translation in MS Word format just in case future modification are requested. However, if you would like your finished translation returned in PDF file format then we would be glad to do so at no charge.

Are rush jobs offered?

At a competitive price, rush jobs and overnight turnarounds are offered. When delivering time-sensitive translations, we work over the weekend and after hours to provide you with the results you need.

Are Purchase Orders and NET30 accounts accepted?

Yes, however only companies that have been established for 2 years or more can be accepted for a NET30 account. Filling out a credit application with be needed as well. You should allow for two to three business days for the processing of the credit application. Your company’s credit history is what we will base your credit account on.

How long will it take to receive my translation?

On average, it takes about 2 days for a 5,000 word (equivalent to 7 pages of text in MS Word format) document to be processed, received, and then delivered back to you as the new translated document. Extra time may be required for DTP (graphic design) jobs or alternative file formats such as FrameMaker and InDesign.

Is having the original document(s) required?

Absolutely not. As long as your copy is clear legible then it will be sufficient. Although, if you need a certified translation we reserve the right to retrieve the original document(s) for verification.

My budget doesn’t allow for you rates. What can I do?

We do our best to make our rates the most affordable and competitive. The quality of translations that you receive with us at the price we offer is unbeatable. When paying for professional translators you get what you pay for – the best. Cheaper rates usually go hand-in-hand with non-certified translators and could end up costing you more in the end.
